Course of events
- Meeting point at Octopus Glisse - Plage des Granges, 85340.
- Welcome and briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Distribution and setting up of the equipment.
- Stand up paddle ride and visit of Sables-d'Olonne.
- Return to the Octopus Glisse office and de-equipment.
