Caving in the Sirach cave near Prades, Pyrénées-Orientales

- Meeting with your instructor at the meeting point.

- Equipment fitting (helmet with light, clean cotton suit, clean boots, harness).

- Approach walk of 20 minutes and briefing on the trip.

- Exploration of the network for about 3 hours (loop circuit, with possible variations).

- 20 minutes walk back to the site.

- Storage of equipment with the instructor.

- Debriefing on the outing (optional).

You have to be physically fit and able to move around on varied terrain to take part in this activity.

You must not be claustrophobic or have had recent fractures.

Please inform the instructor if you are taking any medication or have any health problems.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
