Guided rafting down the Tarn gorges

- Meeting and equipment at the meeting point.

- Briefing and handover.

- Descent of 2 to 3 hours depending on the water level (10 to 12 km). Descent with more or less sensations according to the group's desire, swimming, small rock jumps, visit of a small cave, naturalist input.

- De-equipping and return shuttle (15 min).

You have to know how to swim and immerse yourself completely to participate in this activity.

You should not be afraid of cold water.

The shuttle and the loading of the boat are organised with the participants, it is an integral part of the activity.

Please inform the instructor of any health problems you may have (Raynaud's disease, asthma, various allergies...)
