30 minutes introductory Efoil lesson
Course of events
- Meeting with the instructors at the Foil Sensation water base
- 10 minutes briefing to familiarise you with the basic rules of Efoil sailing
- Equipment fitting by the instructors
- 30 minutes lesson at sea
- Return to the base and end of the activity

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
