Practical information
India Venster hike, a 1.9 miles (3 km) loop with 2,300 feet of ascent (700 metres), which can be completed in around 4 hours.
The hike starts at the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, then follows the cable car route around the mountain before taking you to the summit, including climbing sections.
Course of events
- Meeting with the guide at the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for a 4-hour hike on the India Venster trail
- Return to the starting point and end of the activity
Activity requirements
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.
