Practical information
Course of events
- Welcome at the Tahiti Iti Diving center
- Briefing on the basics of freediving, how to behave in the water, how to breathe properly before and after a dive, how to relax, and especially how to compensate in order to enjoy the dive safely
- Boarding the boat for a few minutes trip in the lagoon of Tahiti
- Preparation of a workshop with the help of a piece of equipment in order to be able to relax and do your first freediving sessions
- Return to the dive center in the late morning or afternoon
Activity requirements
All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must have authorisation from their parents.
