DAY 1
- Arrival at the meeting point in Tyssedal (please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time)

- Hike
- Stop 3 km (1.8 miles) before Trolltunga at the Arctic Dome for a break and to leave your belongings
- Hike to Trolltunga
- Photos and break to admire the stunning scenery
- Free time for exploration
- Return to the Arctic Dome
- Delicious Norwegian dinner
- Enjoy a relaxing evening
DAY 2
- Optional visit to Trolltunga
- Hearty breakfast
- Pack your belongings
- Hike back to the original departure point
- Transfer back to Tyssedal
Please make sure to leave enough space in your backpack for a sleeping bag liner and food.
Also, equipment is available to rent onsite at an additional fee, including rain pants and jackets, hiking boots, and backpacks.
All participants must be in good physical condition to take part in this tour and it is not suitable for those with knee problems. Please inform your guide of any medical issues that may impact the excursion.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
A minimum of 2 people is required to run this excursion.
When hiking on the rocky edges of Trolltunga, your guide places your safety first. Depending on the weather, there may be changes to the itinerary.
There is a drop toilet available outside the dome tents. Please note that the domes possess very basic facilities, as it is a very remote location. In addition, there are no showers or electricity.
Each Arctic Dome has a maximum capacity of 6 people, if you wish to reserve your own, you must reserve for 6.
Please list any dietary restrictions when booking. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.
Arrival on the second day at the original departure point is between 2:00-3:00 p.m.
The hiking difficulty is labelled as 'moderate' with a total distance of 28 km (17 miles) and an ascent of 1,200 metres (3,937 feet).
