Practical information
Snorkeling at the "La Source" site, outside the lagoon and where turtles are present all year round.
You will see not only turtles, but also eagle rays, harmless reef sharks, barracudas, and other marine animals among beautiful coral gardens!
- Meeting with the team inside the Marina Taina, on the leftmost part when you look at the ocean (the boat is near the racks where the dry boats are stacked)
- Boarding and sailing for about 15 minutes to the "La Source" site
- Equipment fitting and briefing on the activity before launching with the guide
- Snorkeling for about 1h ~ 1h15, and 15 extra minutes if dolphins are present
- Return to the Taina Marina after 15 minutes of navigation
It is necessary to be able to swim to go snorkeling.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the trip to take place.
Not recommended if you have back problems, heart problems or any other serious medical condition.
This trip requires good weather conditions: if it is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be offered another date, or a full refund.
There is a small parking lot right next to the boat for parking, but if it is full, you can park near the Casa Bianca.
