Practical information
Course of events
Classic course sequence:
- Meeting at the GPS coordinates at the time agreed with the instructor
- Preparation of the equipment
- Transport by boat to Rascasse Island
- Briefing
- Kitesurfing lesson (3h)
- Debriefing
- Return to the island
Activity requirements
Neoprene socks are essential.
Minimum weight 35 kg.
Special terms
No particular physical condition, just good health.
A medical certificate is required for those over 60.
The activity depends on the weather conditions, the confirmation of the appointment and the schedule are sent the day before.
