Practical information
Thanks to this diving certificate, you will be certified with the N1 FFESSM CMAS training (double certification French federation / World Confederation of Subaquatic Activities). During this activity, you will make a baptism then pass the training with theoretical and practical courses.
- Meeting at 8am at the UCPA Aqua Haut-de-Seine Diving Centre
- Briefing and Baptism

- Obtaining your certificate
- Return to the surface around 1.30 pm
Obtain the medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of diving (CACI) less than one year old completed by the general practitioner.
Do not have a cold or be ill, in average physical shape (you don't have to be a great athlete). Not recommended for pregnant women and pacemaker wearers.
Medical restrictions: cardiovascular problems, severe allergies, respiratory problems, epilepsy, hypertension, claustrophobia.
