This is a group course of 4 hours, where you will learn:

- Theoretical basis, information on the equipment, and a brief on the safety training

- A flying session with exercises first without skis or snowboard

- Then you will gear up with either skis or a snowboard once you gain confidence and start riding!

Activity requirements

You need to be in good physical shape in order to practice this activity.
