Practical information
You will be picked up at the Alicante city center (see exact coordinates) to the place where the activity takes place, Estret de les Penyes, and back again when the activity ends. - 3 to 4 hours' canyoning, abseiling, jumping and bathing in natural pools

You must be able to swim (or at least be comfortable in the water).
If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.
Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain and to have stable feet.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
Minors must always have authorization from their parents.
