Practical information
1.5 hour lesson to discover or rediscover the joy of surfing in Biscarosse.
There will be 8 persons max in a group to make the lessons as safe as possible.
- Meeting with your instructor, then fitting your wetsuit and board, adapted to your size and level
- Head with your instructor to the area of the beach where the waves are the best and most suitable for teaching surfing
- Teaching on the sand: the instructor will explain the basics of surfing, as well as the safety rules to follow for a safe practice
- Various pedagogical exercises before getting in the water to apply the advice given by your instructor in real conditions: as a general rule, a beginner is able to stand up on his board and make his first glides after 1.5 hour of lessons
You need to know how to swim to participate in this activity.
Meeting hours are approximate and depend on tide and weather conditions: please contact the school the day before the meeting to confirm the meeting hour.
