Practical information
A 7.5-hour boat trip on the lagoon of Raiatea and Taha'a that you can personalise to suit your preferences: the tour is the same as a classic tour, but you can choose your spots in the order you wish and define the duration of the activities.
The tour can be prepared in advance or customised on site directly with the local guides.
- Meeting with the guide at the meeting point, presentation of the personalised tour, then board the boat
- Departure for the boat trip on the lagoon of Taha'a and Raiatea with 5 stops (standard itinerary):
. a visit to the Paripari rum distillery;
. snorkelling in the famous Tautau coral garden;
. a visit to a pearl farm followed by a coco show on a motu where you will be served a traditional Polynesian meal with your guides;
. visit to a vanilla plantation;
. snorkelling with blacktip sharks before enjoying a beautiful sunset over the lagoon (depending on the season)
- Return to Uturoa and disembark
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please contact the instructor directly to arrange a transfer from your accommodation to the meeting point. Transfers are available:
- on the East side of Raiatea: maximum Hotel Opoa Beach (PK36) ;
- on the west side of Raiatea: maximum Hotel Fare Vai Nui (PK22) ;
- on Tahaa: only to the Vaitoare, Poutoru, Tapuamu or Le Tahaa by Pearl Resort quays.
