Practical information
A 7.5-hour sailing excursion to the islets of Le Robert shared with other participants aboard the boat.
- Welcome near the Dénébola roulette wheel on Pointe Fort beach in Le Robert (parking available just past the Dénébola roulette or in front of the yacht club)
- Boarding of the sailboat, followed by a briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for 7.5 hours of sailing in the Bay of Le Robert, during which you can try your hand at the helm of the sailboat
- Sail to îlet Madame, where you can either take a snorkelling break at the coral reef with its seagrass beds and white seabed or be dropped off directly at the îlet's pontoon
- Around 12 p.m., lunch break on îlet Madame (either bring your own picnic or order a lunch and drinks package from the instructor once your reservation has been confirmed - 30€/adult and 20€/child under 12)
- Around 2 p.m., crossing of Le Robert Bay to reach the îlet Chancel where you will enjoy a short iguana walk, followed by a swimming break once back on board the sailboat
- At around 4 p.m., return sailing with a snack and educational leaflets on the marine environment
- Arrival at Pointe Fort, disembarkation and end of the activity around 4.30 p.m.

You don't need to be able to swim to take part in this activity. However, please let the skipper know before boarding if you cannot swim so that he can provide you with a safety vest.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
This activity is free for children under 2 years old.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Please inform the skipper of any major health problems before boarding.
There are accessible toilets at the Nautical Center (please ask the instructors for access). The sailboat is equipped with “small” emergency toilets.
At least 1 week before your outing, please contact the skipper to let him know what options you would like (to be paid for on site):
- A snorkelling kit at €10 per person (includes long-sleeved lycra, fins, mask, snorkel, float and fish brochure);
- a stand-up paddle board at €10 per group;
- a lunch + drinks option at €30/adult and €20/child under 12 (100% local menu adaptable for vegetarians: vegetarian acras and crudités for starters; gratin of local vegetables, rice and browned chicken marinated in old rum for the main course; homemade juice, homemade planteur, ti-punch, coconut punch or coffee, beer, still and sparkling water for drinks; garden fruit for dessert; and vanilla or cinnamon shortbread for a snack).
