Grmečica Canyon is the perfect place to discover canyoning near Bled. Gather your friends and try this experience on your next trip to Slovenia !
- Difficulty: Intermediate.
- Jumps from 4 to 10 meters.
- Easy alternatives if you prefer not to jump.
- High jumps are doable with rappeling.
- Slides down natural rock-formated toboggans from 5 to 10 meters.
Please allow for 3.5 hours in total for this activity, including around 1h in the canyon (depending on your group's level).

You don’t need any prior canyoning experience, but you must be able to swim to take part to this excursion.
A moderate level of fitness is also required for the uphill and downhill canyon walk.
- Minimum height: 135 cm.
A minimum number of 2 participants is required to run this activity.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and parental authorization is required.
There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the starting point, so it is recommended that you wear your swimming suit beforehand.
This activity is not recommended for people with heart issues or pregnant women. When having health issues, please consult with a guide.
It may not be possible to jump 10 meters due to low water levels in the canyon.
If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please inform your guide.
If the water level in Grmecica Canyon becomes too high, your guide may have to switch to Jereka Canyon. Jereka Canyon offers smaller jumps, more slides, and additional rappelling opportunities.
