Practical information
A 20-minute first dive.
- Reception at the Plongée Cap Cerbère diving centre (free parking on site)
- Equipment in the changing rooms
- Boarding the boat and navigation to the dive site (approx. 5 to 15 minutes)
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Launch for a 20-minute dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres, with 1 instructor per participant
- Return on board the boat with the possibility of snorkelling while waiting for the other divers to end their dive
- Sailing back to the dive centre (approx. 5 to 15 minutes)
- Disembarkation and de-equipping in the changing rooms, with the option of a shower
- Debriefing, receipt of your first dive diploma and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.
This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.
This activity is accessible to disabled people on presentation of a medical certificate.
Anyone wishing to accompany the divers without taking a first dive must reserve a place on board the boat for a snorkelling excursion at the same date and time.
