Tandem skydiving in Le Havre, Normandy

- Meet at the Abeille Parachuting centre at Le Havre-Octeville airport

- Video briefing on safety instructions, followed by fitting of equipment (suit and harness) and a ground rehearsal with a tandem pilot.

- Boarding the plane with your tandem pilot, equipped with goggles or over-glasses if you wear corrective lenses

- The plane ride lasts around 20 minutes. You'll be able to admire breathtaking Normandy landscapes between land and sea

- Jump: at an altitude of around 3,300 metres, the aircraft doors open and you get into position to jump. Strapped to your carrier, you're off for a free fall at 200km/h lasting 35 to 45 seconds! Then, at 1,500 metres, your pilot opens the parachute for a 5 to 6 minute flight under canopy

- Landing: raise your legs and land gently on the airport. On your return to the hangar, the team will give you a T-shirt and a diploma. You will receive the video and pictures of your flight as soon as possible

Weight limits: Minimum 35kg / Maximum 90kg for men and 80kg for women

Minors must bring parental authorization.

A medical certificate is compulsory for minors and people over 50 years old.

Do not drink alcohol in the 24 hours before the jump and do not come on an empty stomach (without eating too much).

The jump can be postponed in case of bad weather.
