TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Passengers must advice of any medical conditions or disabilities they have or are suffering from. The boat operator will not accept any liability for personal injury, or injury to others. Passengers participate at their own risk.

Minimum weight: 15 kg

Passengers who suffer with heart/back complaints or are pregnant cannot participate

Participants must remain seated during the entirety of the trip unless otherwise instructed by the boat operator and/ or operator employee.

REFUND POLICY

All bookings are non refundable and non-transferable.

The operator reserves the right to alter your booking time or day of the vessel if the minimum passenger number for sailing have not been reached 15 minutes before departure

All Times are subject to a confirmation from the operator. Times may very week to week depending demand for a requested time slot. Tours run during daylight hours

GoPro’s, cameras, and phones are allowed on board however at customer's own risk.

Pier is wheelchair accessible. Accessible check in service for special needs and disabled persons who wish to travel and are accompanied on arrival by their designated helper. For safety reasons, guests with disabilities are required to have at least one helper over the age of 18 accompany them onto the vessel.
