Practical information
First dive from the beach: you will dive along a rocky shore starting from the shore where you have a foothold. The dive will take place gradually, at your own pace and in complete safety, down to a depth of 3 metres for around 15 minutes
- Welcome at the diving centre in Le Barcarès
- Distribution of equipment and gear
- Safety briefing on the beach
- Gradual entry into the water, down to a depth of 3 metres, to spend around 15 minutes underwater
- Return to the beach, then to the centre to remove your equipment and receive your first dive certificate
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to taking part (asthma, heart or lung problems).
A video option is available on site and must be paid for before the start of the activity.
Please request a "Solo" booking if you wish to take your first dive alone with the instructor, or a "Duo" booking if you want to be in pairs underwater, each with your own instructor.
