Whale Watching and Puffin Island Tour in Húsavík

-Check-in at the Gentle Giants Ticket Center latest 40 minutes before the start of the activity
-Fitting of safety overalls and life jackets at the base
-Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
-Board the speedboat and set off for a 2-hour excursion: first to Puffin Island (only in season) to see the puffins, then in search of whales in Skjálfandi Bay
-Return to base, de-equip and end the activity

Minimum height : 130 cm.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive 40 minutes before the start of the activity.

The tour on RIB speedboats is not allowed for passengers with heart- or back problems or pregnant women.

Please bring warm and waterproof clothing.

The tour is subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to bad weather, you will be given the option of another date or full refund.

Wild animals are unpredictable; we cannot guarantee that you will see them during this activity: in the case you cannot see them, you will be offered a voucher for a traditional whale watching tour on oak boats free of charge, however, no refund is given.

Puffin season is usually from 15th April to 20th August: outside that time of the year, tours are whales exclusive.
