Practical information
Discover scuba diving for the first time!
You will spend 20 minutes in the water, however, the entire activity will take 2 hours approx.
- Welcome at the Les Heures Saines diving centre at Rocher de Malendure
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions, then equipment
- Boarding the boat and sailing to the dive site
- Launch for 20 minutes of scuba diving to a maximum depth of 6 metres, one diver per instructor
- Return to the boat and navigation back to the centre
- Disembarkation, de-equipping at the centre and end of the activity
It is not necessary to know how to swim to take part in this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity, such as respiratory problems (exercise-induced asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy.
