On this excursion, you'll depart from Skaftafell and embark on a guided hike on the Falljökull Glacier.
Course of events
- Please arrive at the starting point in Skaftafell 20 minutes before the activity start time
- Meet the guide
- Receive glacier equipment and safety briefing
- Bus ride to the glacier
- The glacier hiking adventure begins!
- Explore the Falljökull Glacier in Vatnajökull (approximately 2 hours)
- Return drive to the original starting point in Skaftafell

Hiking boots are required for this activity in order to use the glacier equipment.
