Self-Guided Stand Up Paddling Trip on the Aare River from Uttigen near Thun

You can choose the meeting time for your rental and enjoy a refreshing break whenever you want to.

• Meet the team at the base
• Get your equipment : SUP board and paddle
• Let yourself drift on the Aare River!
• To return, simply disembark from the board upon arrival, where someone will be present to assist you and provide guidance.

Alternatively, you have the following options:

• Take a scenic walk of approximately 30 minutes to Bern Train Station. From there, you can board a train directly to the office located at Uttigen train station.
• If you prefer, you can extend your swim a bit further and then proceed with a 10-minute walk to reach the train station. This option combines a 10-minute swim followed by a 10-minute walk, leading you back to either Bern or Interlaken.
• Another possibility is to walk a short distance to Tram Station Wabern, which only takes a couple of minutes. The tram will then transport you to Bern Station.

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

Children must be accompanied.

All equipments must be returned in Bern at 6pm maximum.
