Practical information
2 hours surfing lesson.
Course of events
- Meeting with the instructor in the the surfing school.
- Distribution of the surf board and wetsuit.
- Briefing and warm-up.
- Theory class on the sand about surfing basic techniques: how to stand up, paddling, safety procedures...
- Practical lesson in the water to practise what has been learned.
- Review the video lessons to improve the technique.
Activity requirements
Know how to swim.

Please contact your instructor the evening before the activity to confirm the meeting time, as this is dependent upon the water and weather conditions.
Lunch Pack (sandwich, cereal bar, fruit and juice) available upon request + 6€
