Ascendance Parapente

Maurice and Pascal have been flying together for more than 30 years and they have created their paragliding school called Ascendance.

Maurice and Pascal started paragliding when this discipline first appeared in the Pyrenees. Together, they organized several trips abroad and they have been flying almost everywhere in the world. 

The reasons why they created this paragliding school (in 1987!) is becasue they love their job and because they wanted to share their passion with as many people as possible.
What they like about teaching paragliding is the contact with the others and with nature. Theu also enjoy the complexity of this discipline, for example the weather conditions that can vary, aerology... 

Ascendance invites you to do initiation or improvement paragliding flights in the Pyrenees. Between discovery, autonomous practice and paragliding trips all over the world, they are doing their best to meet your demands. 

Today, flying is no longer a dream. Anyone in good physical conditions can jump in the air. However, because of our Homo Spapiens genetics, men are not birds and therefore, we don't have the flying instinct. It's not a matter of chance or luck, we cannot fly on ourselves, we need to learn how to do so with the help of specific tools.

From an initiation course to get your paragliding driver's licence to many different travel options, you can become an expert paraglider thanks to Ascendance!
