Apnee Motion

Apnée Motion is a center specialised in apnea in Martinique, at the Pointe du Bout of the Trois-Îlets. It is the result of a passion since childhood for its creator and state-qualified instructor, Franck Houbloup.

Having started out as a competitive swimmer in a club, then having practiced underwater fishing for a long time in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean, Franck has a great knowledge of underwater life and is keen to respect it, while passing on his knowledge to his students.

The center offers a range of progressive freediving courses, whether you are a beginner or an experienced diver, with the latest equipment.

Apnée Motion's apnea training is friendly, respects the fauna and flora of Martinique, and is above all done at your own pace. Apnea is an original, psychological and spiritual sport that is very interesting to discover!
