Your rafting experience on the Simme begins when you meet up with your experienced instructor in Boltigen, where you will be provided with high-quality equipment to ensure your safety and comfort during the rafting trip. You'll be given a neoprene wetsuit, life jacket and helmet. You will then be transported to the starting point of your rafting trip in the Bern region.
Once you arrive at the river's edge, the guide will show you the rafting equipment (raft, paddles) and give you a briefing on the basics of rafting and paddling techniques. When you're ready, it's time to raft down the Simme river! For around 1h15, you'll have to make your way through the white water of this wild and winding river! Concentrate on your technique, but don't forget to admire the spectacular scenery all around you!

Please allow 3 hours in total for this activity, including around 1 hour 15 minutes on the water.

All participants must be able to swim and be in good health to take part in this activity.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.
Pregnant women and people with motor or mental/psychic/cognitive disabilities cannot take part in this activity.
