Original Eiger tandem helicopter skydive over Grindelwald near Interlaken

This jump offers an exceptional experience for those seeking something truly unique: the opportunity to get an up-close and personal encounter with the world-famous Eiger.

Prior to the jump, you'll embark on a breathtaking 10 to 15-minute scenic helicopter flight departing from either Interlaken or Grindelwald. The panoramic view from the helicopter will astound you, encompassing not only the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, but also numerous lakes, glaciers, and mountains.

The helicopter will take you directly to the summit of the Eiger, providing a rare and stunning perspective of its North Face. Once you reach the summit, it's time to take the leap! Positioned outside the helicopter alongside your instructor, you'll take a deep breath and begin a thrilling freefall lasting approximately 45 seconds.

For those interested in a little extra helicopter time, you can opt to fly plus. Fly over the Jungfraujoch 'Top of Europe, see the ice stretch of the largest glacier in Europe, the Aletsch glacier and see the Sphinx Observatory from above! You can book the plus flight on the spot (CHF 150).

Most skydives take place far away from any objects, but this skydive is truly exceptional as you'll be freefalling right in front of a majestic mountain face! Around 5,500 feet/1,500 meters above the ground, the parachute will open, allowing you to soar over the picturesque landscapes and mountains of the Grindelwald Valley. Your instructor will guide you safely to a landing point where you'll be overwhelmed with joy and happiness from this incredible experience.

Upon returning to the dropzone, you'll receive your videos within a few minutes and enjoy a convenient ride back to Interlaken with our drop-off service.

Ideal weather conditions are crucial for this skydive, as you'll be reaching the limits of the sky. Despite the cold, winter is the recommended and optimal time for this adventure. If you choose to jump during the summer, we recomment doing so in the morning for the best experience.
