Paiva Walkways Tour

This walking tour will give you the opportunity to explore “Arouca Geopark” where the Paiva River flows at the bottom of a sublime valley and get ready to be amazed by one of the most beautiful riverside hikes in Europe.

The Paiva footbridge is located in the Arouca region of northern Portugal. These footbridges are a hiking route that follows the Paiva River where it offers breathtaking views of gorges, waterfalls and natural landscapes.

Your Paiva walkways tour will start with your pick up at your hotel followed by a one and a half hour drive to the start of this great trail. The Paiva Walkways or Passadiços do Paiva that follows the river path is our goal. Once there, you will have the chance to go for an 8 Km path with one of the best views in our country.
