There, their instructor, Nuno, triple national champion and Portuguese paragliding record holder, will be waiting for you to paraglide for an hour over the beaches of Lisbon. Before the flight, he will explain you how the activity and the paraglider work, and once at altitude, you will even be able to handle the paraglider or do acrobatics if you feel like it!

Practical information

Course of events

- Meeting with the pilot and briefing about the activity.

- Take off.

- Paragliding flight of about 20-30 minutes. The pilot will explain the operation of the paraglider and you can even try to drive it or do acrobatic maneuvers if you wish.

- Landing in the same takeoff area.

Activity requirements

The maximum weight for this activity is 120 kg.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

This activity is weather-dependent. If the weather does not allow for the activity to take place, we will contact you to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Once the reservation is made, the instructor will contact you to establish the exact time and meeting point, depending on weather conditions.
