Whitewater Rafting on the Sjoa River from Nedre Heidal

Once prepared, you will head into the water, accompanied by one guide per boat. Grab your oars and begin your course through fast rapids, whizzing past the beautiful nature of Innlandet. Be prepared for a bumpy ride!

Once you're all splashed out, you will be driven back to the base, where you'll be able to shower and enjoy a drink with some food. Lunch is included in the day-long tour and you will be rewarded with a yummy homemade cake for the shorter afternoon trip and the Murudalen Valley.

Each option offers different levels of difficulty. For those looking for a quick immersion into rafting, the 3-hour afternoon trip should be perfect. For a full day of rafting fun with faster rapids and a longer route, the day-long excursion should be right up your street. For experienced adult rafters on the quest for some serious rapids between steep mountains, opt for the Murudalen Valley.
