Whatever tour option you choose, the adventure begins when you and your group (a maximum of 14 people) are greeted by your certified and experienced instructors at the meeting point. After a safety and itinerary briefing, you'll be outfitted in a wet suit, neoprene shoes, a helmet, and a harness. Then, you'll board a minibus for the scenic 25-minute drive to Juvfonne Canyon.

Upon your arrival at Juvfonne Canyon, you'll receive an introduction to canyoning and climbing techniques. Now, the fun starts! With your instructors at your side, you'll navigate varied terrain. Be prepared for slides, jumps, large rocks, pools, and a whole lot of fun! If you feel especially daring, participants can also cliff jump near a waterfall from heights that range from 4-8 metres (13-26 feet)!

After an amazing time spent canyoning in Uvdal near Geilo, you'll board the minibus for the transfer back to the base. Upon arrival, you can take a well-earned warm shower.
