The trip begins with pick up from your accommodation in Montenegro (please specify your location upon booking). An experienced guide will drive you to the starting point in Kolašin. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a scenic drive passing the Morača River canyon, known as Platije. You’ll take a photo break on the way to capture the breathtaking landscape. When you arrive in Kolašin, the jeep adventure begins! Kolašin is located in the north of Montenegro, a town situated 954 m above sea level. Kolašin is home to a popular ski resort, Kolašin 1450, situated on the slopes of Mount Bjelasica.

You’ll start driving from the city centre towards the ski resort, stopping along the way at the village of Vranjak. The guide will continue driving to the peak of Zekova Glava, arriving at an amazing viewpoint at Pešića Lake, which is located between two peaks. You will have a breathtaking view of Biogradsko Lake and its surrounding mountains. The trip then continues to Katun Dolovi Lalevića, an old mountain pasture settlement. A traditional lunch will be served in a local household, with fresh Montenegrin products.

After lunch, you’ll drive to Biogradsko Lake, located within Biogradska Gora National Park. Biogradsko Lake is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and surrounding green forests and mountains. You’ll have some free time to explore Kolašin, breathing in the clean and fresh mountain air. Kolašin also has a rich cultural heritage, with a history dating back centuries. After, the trip continues with another drive to Morača Monastery, one of the most monumental Orthodox medieval monuments of Montenegro, built in 1252. The monastery is surrounded by pristine nature, with the Morača River flowing nearby and rugged mountains towering in the distance. You’ll explore the monastery and admire its fascinating architecture. At the end of the tour, the guide will drive you back to your accommodation.
