This 3-day PADI Open Water course in Exiles Bay will start with a comprehensive theoretical lesson - that can also be completed online before arriving at the diving centre in Sliema. It includes 2 confined water dives by the shore of Exiles Bay near Sliema and 4 open water dives. After completing this course, you will be qualified to dive to 18 meters (59 ft) depth.

Course of events

Day 1:
- Meet your guide at Dive Systems Malta - Tower Point - Exiles Tower Road, Sliema SLM 1601, Malta.
- Registration.
- Briefing.
- Theoretical lesson.
- Equipment.
- 1 confined water dive in Exiles Bay.
- Return to the meeting point.

Day 2:
- Briefing and equipment.
- Your guide will drive you to the diving spot.
- 1 confined water dive.
- 2 open water dives in Exiles Bay.
- Return to the meeting point.

Day 3:
- Briefing and equipment.
- Your guide will drive you to the diving spot.
- 2 open water dives in Exiles Bay.
- Exams and certificate.
- Return to the meeting point.

Your instructor will share the official schedule with you on the first day of the course.

Activity requirements

- All participants must be able to swim.
- All minors under 18 must have authorization from their parents.

Special terms
Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
