- Meet your instructor at Malta Surf School - Unnamed Road, Mġarr, Malta 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
- Briefing and equipment.
- Practise SUP on the shore and then in the water.
- Start your stand up paddling tour around Golden Bay.
- ReachTa' Marija Cave.
- Return to the meeting point.

- The minimum age for this activity is 16 years old.
- Knowing how to swim is mandatory.
- You must not suffer from sea sickness.
