Go from the cold, crystal-clear waters of the Silfra fault to the warm, relaxing waters of the Laugarvatn hot springs on a unique excursion!

Combining the unmissable experience of snorkelling in the Silfra Fault with a moment of relaxation in the hot springs at the Laugarvatn Fontana spa, this original excursion is not to be missed if you want to enjoy the 2 extremes of Iceland, Land of Ice and Fire. As you plunge into waters of 2 to 4°C in the Silfra Fault, the hot springs will offer you a moment of pure relaxation that will loosen up your muscles following your underwater adventure.

The activity begins in Thingvellir National Park (Þingvellir), where your snorkelling session in the Silfra Fault will take place: for 30 to 40 minutes, you will discover crystal-clear waters with visibility of up to 100 metres in front of you, as well as rock formations created by the crack between the Eurasian and American tectonic plates, which are moving further apart every year. Equipped with drysuits to keep your body warm underwater, you will still enjoy a hot chocolate at the end of the adventure, and above all the relaxation that awaits you at the Laugarvatn Fontana spa. You will have the pleasure of enjoying the spa's geothermal baths for as long as you like, a real treat for ending the day perfectly relaxed!
