The instructors of Les Heures Saines Plongée offer you the opportunity to make your first dive in Cousteau Reserve, one of the protected marine areas of Guadeloupe including the îlets Pigeon! Located on the coast from Pointe-Noire to Bouillante, in front of the beach of Malendure, you will live a first immersion of the most memorable, and this for 20 or 30 minutes according to your choice.

A qualified instructor will accompany you throughout this first dive in Cousteau Reserve to allow you to discover the sensations of underwater gravity, as well as the fauna and aquatic flora of the Caribbean Sea. If you are not comfortable in the water, your instructor will adapt his method to ensure that you have a safe experience!

You will meet your instructor at the dive school and then travel by boat from Malendure Rock to the diving site in the Cousteau Reserve. The activity will start with a briefing on the basic rules of scuba diving and the presentation of the equipment. Once in the water, you will be familiarised with the equipment and breathing techniques, then you will go underwater with your instructor who will take you to discover the seabed of the Cousteau Reserve.

If you want to experience a memorable first dive in Guadeloupe, this one in the heart of the marine nature reserve of the îlets Pigeon will be perfect! But if you have already had a first dive and would like to spend more time in the water, opt for the Discover Scuba Diving in the Cousteau Reserve, a 1-hour dive with a small group of divers.
