Explore the beautiful islands of Antiparos, Despotico and Paros on a snorkelling boat tour in the Cyclades. Welcoming participants of all ages on this family-friendly adventure!
This boat tour begins in Paros, a charming Greek island, forming part of the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. The island is renowned for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters. On this trip, you’ll discover some hidden gems around Paros and the nearby islands of Antiparos and Despotico!
The adventure begins at the starting point in Paros, where you’ll board the traditional kaiki wooden boat, which holds up to 30 passengers. The experienced skipper will give a quick safety briefing, before you set sail from Paros along the Aegean Sea! Throughout the full-day cruise, unlimited refreshments are available on the shaded deck. The trip begins with a stop at the Blue Lagoon, located in the middle of the three-island complex Padieronissia.
The skipper will provide you with full snorkelling gear, including a mask, a snorkel and fins, so you can experience the unique underwater world of the Blue Lagoon. Swim in the refreshing azure waters and discover the rich marine life. The next stop on the tour is at the bay of Panagia Faneromeni. You’ll enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful bay, sunbathe in the warm sun, jump into the deep blue sea, and snorkel in a rocky reef.
The boat tour continues to the southern coast of Antiparos, a nearby island. You’ll stop at the coastal area of Mastichari, an ideal place for snorkelling. Mastichari also boasts picturesque white cliffs, perfect for those seeking an adrenaline rush through cliff-jumping! Next, you’ll visit the famous cave of Epitaphios, another perfect location for underwater exploration. After swimming around the rocks, you’ll enjoy some refreshments back on the boat.
The next stop on the tour is Despotiko, an uninhabited island located southwest of Antiparos. Despotiko is home to one of Greece’s lesser-known archaeological sites. Excavations on the island have revealed the remains of an ancient sanctuary dedicated to the god Apollo. After visiting the island, you’ll sail to Psaraliki, a quaint beach in Antiparos. You’ll have a final swim in the blue waters. Then, a delicious Mediterranean seafood meal with local wine, beer or ouzo will be served, followed by some seasonal fruits. The boat trip will come to an end back at the starting point in Paros.
Enjoy a full-day boat tour from Paros, with snorkelling and swimming stops at unique spots around the islands of Paros, Antiparos and Despotiko!
