Practical information

-A tandem paragliding flight over the archeological site of Delphi

-You will meet with the Pro at the meeting point at Stavros Arachova

-You will get prepared and then take off

-All you need to do is just take some steps, run a bit, and then the wing inflates itself and you are on the air

-There's absolutely no turbulences or body dragging - it's smooth and enjoyable

-You will land on a pre-fixed spot where a car will pick you up and get you to your vehicle or the village

-Duration of the activity: Overall 1 hour, 40 minutes of pure flight

-Take off point at 1200m. and you will cover an altitude difference of 700m.

Paragliding was a real success. We had the best of fun and it brought us a smile for the rest of the day. We spent a few hours with the instructor and his friend and they were very nice company. They were also very professional. It was not an easy day to fly because of the weather. They were constantly looking for the perfect circumstances to fly. Once the conditions were good, off we went. The moment that you are in the air is just so peaceful. Just enjoying the view and living in the moment. After you land you get a very spectacular ride in the back of the truck. Just everything was perfect.

This Para Gliding adventure was amazing. My sons (14 and 17) and I (51) each took a turn. They went first, so I could watch the takeoff and landing, which I was very nervous about. When my turn came, I stumbled a little, but still we took off, and even looked graceful about it after my husband edited the video a little! In the air was peaceful and breathtaking all at once.
