Full day caving excursion and underground crossing of Château d'Oche

You'll enter below the summit and emerge at the foot of the Château via the souffleur, just a stone's throw from the Dent d'Oche, a landmark of the Chablais region. Fabulous landscapes will open up to you both during your hike and in the underground galleries.

This caving day near Morzine is a complete and sporting experience. You'll start with a 1h30 to 2h hike to reach the cave entrance below the summit of Château d'Oche. Depending on the number of participants, you should allow between 3 and 4 and a half hours to traverse the underground caverns.
On the whole, the cave is large except for the entrance, which is narrow, and offers all the pleasures of a caving adventure near Morzine. You'll make a lot of progress on ropes, and you'll enjoy a number of abseiling descents, including one over 60 metres long! You'll descend to a depth of over 250 metres, in complete safety, alongside an instructor.

Before the end of your caving experience at Château d'Oche, you'll have to climb back up the rope in a vast 25-metre-high chamber before heading for the souffleur entrance gallery. Before embarking on a 40-minute return walk, you'll enjoy a magnificent view in the sunshine as you leave the underground passages.
