La grotte du Moudachou est accessible à 5 minutes d'Arreau. Prendre la D929, passer le camping international d'Arreau et après le tournant se trouve un arrêt de bus, vous pouvez ensuite traverser la route à gauche juste après l’arrêt de bus et vous garer sur cet espace en attendant le moniteur.
