- Meet at 6 or 7 a.m. at the meeting point with the guide
- Brief explanation of the route
- Start of the day's hike with explanations of the history of the salt route
- Return to the starting point at around 8 p.m.

You need to be able to walk a whole day at an altitude of between 2,000 and 3,000 metres.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
