Your first dive in Port-Vendres will take place alongside a qualified diving instructor who will take care of you alone underwater: this will give you the benefit of an initiation during which you will only have to worry about the environment around you, in complete safety! Your instructor will orient you, listen to you, and respect your rhythm as you discover the notions of balance and mobility involved in diving.
