For this adventure, head for the cross-border ski resort of Candanchú-Le Somport, 1,600 metres above sea level in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. It takes just a short 20-minute approach walk to reach the starting point of the Somport Canyon, where jumps of up to 8 metres high (all optional), abseils of up to 7 metres high (which you can bypass by jumping), swimming and natural slides await you. You will be supervised throughout by your qualified instructor, who will ensure your safety and share with you his passion for canyoning in the Pyrenees.

Practical information
Discovery descent of the Somport Canyon at Urdos lasting 2.5 hours:
- jumps up to 8 metres high (optional);
- abseiling down to a height of up to 7 metres (jumping possible instead);
- natural slides.
Please plan to spend a total of 3.5 hours on site.
- Meeting with the guide at the Col du Somport Nordic ski centre
- 20-minute approach walk to the canyon
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Handing over of equipment (neoprene waistcoat, trousers and socks, helmet and harness) and equipment
- Departure for a 2.5-hour canyoning excursion through the Somport Canyon with jumps up to 8 metres high (optional), abseiling down to 7 metres high and natural slides
- 10-minute return walk
- De-equipping and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
A minimum of 4 participants is required to run this activity.
This activity is not accessible to pregnant people or people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
