Abyss Garden invites you to explore the underwater world of La Ciotat and its surroundings, under the supervision of an expert instructor.

Come and discover freediving in La Ciotat with Abyss Garden during this first freedive session. You will be supervised by a professional freediving instructor AIDA and CMAS.

Discovery of breath and different freediving disciplines... come and enjoy the well-being of freediving safely!

A session to a pace of discovery: after becoming aware of what happens in your body when you are snorkeling, you will discover freediving smoothly through a technical workshop.

Then, you will discover the seabed on one of La Ciotat spots around Île Verte in order to directly apply the technical freediving advice of your instructor.

Activity requirements

Minimum age: 14

All participants must know how to swim autonomously.

Très content d'avoir participé à cette initiation pour ma part, très bonne pédagogie, les deux encadrants détaillent bien et mettent très à l'aise, j'aurais juste aimé avoir une photo souvenir sous l'eau, une petite go-pro aurait été bienvenue pour garder un souvenir, mais très bon stage.
