Practical information
- Meeting with the guide in the spéléo Ibie car park in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions while getting your equipment (helmet and harness)
- Departure for a 3-hour hike in the Plaine des Gras with 8 stops on the programme, including 2 short underground crossings and a 20-metre-high abseil
- Walk back to the car park, removal of your equipment and end of the activity
You must be in good physical condition. In the event of a medical problem, please inform the guide in advance and bring any medication you may need with you during the activity (ventolin, insulin, etc.).
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
