You don't need to be a scuba diver to explore Tenerife's underwater world, see manta rays and sea turtles with this boat tour with snorkeling from Las Galletas!

Embark on an incredible adventure in the Atlantic Ocean as you take this boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas, Tenerife! Enjoy the feeling of exploring the diverse and beautiful underwater world of Tenerife without necessarily having to be an expert scuba diver and follow an expert instructor as you search for sea turtles and manta rays around its waters.

The instructors at Ocean Friends Dive Center are experts in Tenerife's underwater world and the secrets it hides, and they will guide you as you venture into it. Experience the amazing and diverse wildlife of the island on this boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas. The diving spot you'll be taken to is only reachable by boat, which is one of the reasons why sea turtles, manta rays, and other species have been able to thrive in these waters.

On the day of your boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas, you'll find your instructors at the south Marina of Tenerife, in Las Galletas port. Once you get there, you'll receive a warm welcome, and your instructors will give you a thorough safety and activity briefing so you know how to keep yourself safe and how the excursion will run its course.

Then, it's time for the adventure to begin! You will start your boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas with a ride on the boat for approximately 20 minutes, through the Malpais de Rasca, a Protected Natural Area, whose spectacular landscape you will enjoy from the sea. Then, you will arrive at the cliffs of El Palmar, where the boat will anchor. In this area, you will be able to dive into the water with your snorkeling equipment and search for green turtles, and manta rays, among many other species of the typical marine fauna of the Canary Islands, such as pejeverdes, sargos, fulas, trumpet fish, and more, for an hour. There is a high probability of seeing turtles and other marine animals, but there is no 100% guarantee since they are animals living in their natural habitat.

You will be accompanied by an experienced instructor at all times during your boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas, who will give you all the instructions on the use of the equipment and, in addition, will tell you all they can about the habitat you visit and the species you find there. Additionally, your instructor will take pictures of you throughout the experience, so you can take a bit of it home with you!

Without a doubt, this boat tour and snorkeling excursion from Las Galletas, from Tenerife, will be a unique experience that will fascinate you. So, don't hesitate and book now! You won't regret it.

The speedboat made it possible to get close-up to all sorts of wildlife in a very comfortable, but thrilling manner. The lightweight floatation wetsuits made the snorkelling very easy. The guide/ tour operator was experienced and we felt safe and well cared for. Loved the video and pictures we got from the morning, though we felt the video was a little expensive. Embarking from Las Gallettas made the experience more authentic since it is a port removed from the central tourist beaches of Los Christianos, etc… which allows you to experience local services like a fish market, and tapas bars by the docks which would not be seen in the larger, more touristy ports.

Absolutely fantastic! Totally recommended. We did the snorkeling trip today. We saw lots of dolphins, swam with fish, turtles and rays. I’ve done a lot of trips like this (Hawaii, Australia etc). This was the best - no large crowds, it was just us and the crew (4 in total). Book it, you won’t be disappointed 👍

We booked the tour in advance and were lucky to be the only (two of us) participants - so we had full attention from the fantastic guide. If you are going by own car, plan a little bit extra time to find some parking space. The company contacted us two days earlier to find out the sizes for fins and swimsuits which saved time at check-in. Sea was calm and after a 20-minute ride with a rubber boat we reached the snorkeling spot near high rocks and fish farms on the other side. First we spotted some dolphins playing. Then entered the sea and started to look around. Initially not much was there, but later four turtles came and started to swim around beautifully. Some other fish, too, however turtles were by far the most interesting to watch.
