On a distance of approximately 12km over big, partly wild rapids, you can leave all the stress behind and wake up to a beautiful natural environment. In the calmer middle section of the tour, you will be overwhelmed by the impressive view of the magnificent backdrop of the Gesäuse mountains.
The best time for experienced rafters is the springtime right after the snowmelt bringing lots of water in the river. The usually lower water level in summer or autumn gives those who want to try out rafting a fantastic introduction to this wonderful sports activity.
So come and enjoy big, wild, but also gentle rapids through the deeply cut Gesäuse! The highlight of the tour is the famous Gesäuseeingang.
After meeting your tour guides and receiving your equipment, you will leave to the starting point. There you will be briefed and introduced to the various commands for the rafting trip. Safety always comes first, and that's why the briefing will be done by specially trained guides.
