Man kann in der nähe parken und wurd zum Einstieg gebracht. Ein kurzer Fußweg bleibt dann noch übrig

1 Star less for two reasons: we were ask to be there 15 min prior to starting time but the guides where late themselves. The guides didnt introduce themselves properly so we wouldnt know how to adress them at first. Only small hints from me :-D All in all it was a great tour with great guides.

This was a mixed bag. We had nice communication with the provider while planning the excursion regarding the necessary swimming skills needed and how we could get to the meeting site on time since our disembarkment from our cruise ship would make it difficult. The provider offered to pick us up close to where the ship's port; however, no one showed for long time. We were able to contact the provider and eventually, the provider did pick us up. As a result, the excursion started later than scheduled. Their were several instructors/guides that allowed them to split up to take the lead, the middle and the end of the group. The instructors took the time to teach everyone the necessary techniques. They were patient, nice, and fun (#1 rule is to smile). Another problem we experienced were with regards to pictures. The description of the excursion clearly states that pictures will be provided by the provider (participants are not allowed to take pictures). The provider did take pictures that were to be emailed to us; however, we never received any pictures. We followed-up a few times in hopes of getting the pictures, but to no avail. If we had gotten the pictures, my rating of this event would have been higher. I would also like to add though, that the provide did surprise the group at the end with two cakes that they traveled with throughout the canyoning experience to share at the end of the excursion in celebration of two birthdays in the group. This was very kind and unexpected. Finally, it was pleasant to hang out at Old Bar with the instructors afterwards. One went above and beyond to show us where to get a good barak to eat.
